Meet the owner, Johnny: He founded this company in 1989 with the knowledge he gained through education for this trade. Johnny's everyday tasks are heavily involved in working together with architects, engineers, developers and general contractors. Thanks to obtaining a mechanical engineering (air conditioning) degree from New York in 1979, he's had a very detail-oriented approach to his projects and has his staff to perform in the same manner. Continuing the families legacy, Vic is now the third generation serving our community. Being a company that cares for our clients which we consider like our own family, our aim has been to serve and improve our clients comfort level in their homes and offices year round.
We don't heavily advertise- just word of mouth has kept us going for the past 30+ years. We are now at that stage where those 25+ year-old systems have just starting to fail and those same clients have approached us for upgrades and replacements.
